CLASSIFICATION

Natural rubber in block form (crumb) is classified into 6 grades : SVR 3L, SVR CV60, SVR CV50, SVR5, SVR10, SVR20.

WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS

Natural rubber in block form (crumb) is pressed into bales of rectangular shape with weight and dimensions specified as follows :

PACKING, LABELLING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Rubber bales are wrapped in transparent or white Polyethylene bags (PE). The specifications of PE bags are as follows :

Thickness : 0.03 - 0.05 mm

Melting point : 109^oC max

Dimensions : 1000 x 580 mm

PE bags covering rubber bales are then sealed. 36 bales are tacked in 6 layers in a 1.2MT net wooden pallet / shrink-wrapped pallet.

Shipment in 20FT container of 19.20 MTS or 20.16 MTS net.

Label must be printed according to a stipulated pattern on a PE sheet and then put inside PE bags in the middle and on both big surface of the bale. The following detail must be indicated on this label :
